Better Health Coaching is a free, phone-based health coaching program for eligible adults to help you eat well and move more for a healthier you. It’s powered by Better Health Company and delivered in partnership with Preventive Health SA.
When you sign up to the program you will get up to 10 x 30 minutes phone calls with your own health coach. Your health coach will be able to help you achieve your personal health goals and find simple health routines that you will stick to! Your health coach can support you with: - Healthy eating - Getting active - Weight loss - Cutting down on alcohol or smoking - Reducing stress and building social connections All health coaches are tertiary qualified health experts including dietitians, psychologists and exercise professionals who are also trained in behaviour change and motivational interviewing. They can help you put the healthy lifestyle changes you know you need to make, or that your GP or health professional has recommended, into practice.

Once you've registered, Better Health Company’s friendly team will give you a call to confirm your place in the program and book your first appointment with a health coach. You’ll receive 10 free appointments, which you can use however it suits you, weekly or fortnightly over 6 months. And if 30 minutes feels too long, that’s okay too, your appointments can be shorter if you prefer. Are you a GP or health professional?
