Heart Foundation Walking is one of Australia’s largest walking programs. It is a free, simple and supportive way to move more and enjoy the benefits of walking — including physical fitness, boosting your mood and providing social connection.
Since 1995, Heart Foundation Walking has encouraged Australians to walk more for a healthy mind, body and heart. This free and accessible walking program helps people and community-led groups start and keep walking, anytime, anywhere. When you join Heart Foundation Walking, you’ll gain access to Heart Foundation information, resources and support that will help you get the most out of walking. You’ll also become part of an inspiring community of people who are passionate about putting one foot in front of the other.
