The Challenge is small but the steps are great

I started the 10,000 Steps challenge with a goal of 5,000 steps per day after double knee replacement. On average I am at 2,995 steps per day making the 5,000 steps at least once a week and sometimes twice. I know it isn't anywhere near the 10,000 steps but every bit helps and I just wanted people to know that the challenge may be small but the steps are great, so don't let 10,000 steps put you off just set your own benchmark and when you make it move the benchmark....
