A: If you have just created your account - welcome! Creating an account does not automatically link you to a particular challenge or Tournament. To register or join a Team for an upcoming Tournament, you're halfway there.
Each Organisation has their own way of gathering Tournament Team registrations. Tournament Team registrations are not conducted on the 10,000 Steps website or app.
To register as a team or as an individual in an upcoming Tournament, reach out to the Coordinator at your organisation. This is usually the person or team that is advertising the Tournament at your workplace or community group.
They might have an email address, web page, or registration form. Let them know that you have already created and verified your 10,000 Steps account, and which email address you used.
Received an Invite Code or email from us?
To join a Tournament using a Team Invite Code that your Coordinator or Team Captain has already shared with you, check out Joining a Team using a Team Invite Code.
If you have received an email letting you know you've been added to a Tournament, check out Current or Upcoming Tournaments. If you don't see your Tournament - check that you're logged in with the same account that was added.
10,000 Steps can help - with most things!
Reach out to your Coordinator or Team Captain if you have questions about your Tournament. 10,000 Steps has support and information on technical aspects of the website and mobile app, but can't help you with questions about Tournament registration dates, team sizes or requirements, Tournament awards and prizes, or events happening at your organisation.
10,000 Steps has a range of Step Challenges
