Other Activity Tracker Syncing

Fitbit, Garmin, and Google Fit-compatible activity trackers can be connected via our website in Tracker Connections.

Some things to remember:

The 10,000 Steps app does not directly connect with your Fitbit, Garmin, or Google Fit-compatible activity tracker.

Please check that your steps have been successfully synced with your Fitbit, Garmin or Google Fit account, which will be transferred to your 10,000 Steps account, and then synced down to be displayed on the 10,000 Steps mobile app.

If your successfully synced steps do not appear to be transferred to your 10,000 Steps web account within 2hrs on Fitbit or Garmin accounts, or 48hrs on Google Fit accounts, please check our Tracker Connection support for instructions and troubleshooting tips.
